Are these one-time payments or ongoing subscriptions?

Yes, all of our one-off services are strictly one-time payments. There are no ongoing subscriptions, hidden fees, or future charges unless you specifically request additional services. Each service is priced clearly and billed once upfront. You get exactly what you pay for without being locked into a plan.

How quickly will you start working on my request?

In most cases, we reply within a few minutes of receiving your request and begin the task immediately once we have access credentials and a clear description of the issue or request. Our standard turnaround time is same-hour for urgent issues (like site outages) and within 24 business hours for less critical tasks. If there’s any expected delay, we communicate transparently.

Are you based in Australia?

Yes! WP Masters is proudly 100% Australian-owned and operated, based on the Gold Coast. All of our team members are local. Your site and data are never outsourced overseas, which gives you the peace of mind of working with a provider who understands Australian business, privacy expectations, and compliance.

Is my website and data safe with you?

Absolutely. We take data privacy and security very seriously. All credentials are stored securely, access is limited to only the team member working on your site, and no part of your data is shared with third parties. We’ve also worked in regulated industries and maintain high security standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments through our secure checkout. If you prefer to be invoiced manually (e.g. for NDIS providers, councils, or businesses that require purchase orders), just let us know.

What if I’m not happy with the work?

If you're not satisfied, we'll work to make it right. If we can’t deliver the result you expected due to technical limitations or other reasons, we’ll be transparent and offer a full refund. We stand by our work and aim for 100% client satisfaction.

What’s the difference between a Site Edit and a Site Repair?

A Site Edit refers to a simple visual or content change (e.g., update an image, change padding, adjust a button size). A Site Repair addresses functional problems like errors, bugs, broken features, emails not sending, or forms not working. Repairs are more technical and time-consuming.

Do I need to give you access to my site?

Yes. At minimum, we require a WordPress admin login. For some services, we may also need access to your hosting (e.g., cPanel, FTP, or DNS). We provide clear instructions on how to safely share access, and all information is handled securely.

Do you work with WooCommerce and other eCommerce platforms?

Yes, we have extensive experience with WooCommerce as well as other plugins used in eCommerce environments (like payment gateways, booking tools, etc). Whether it's a broken checkout, product display issue, or cart-related bug, we can help.

Can I purchase more than one service at a time?

Yes! Many clients bundle services together. For example, it’s common to pair a Site Repair with Speed Optimisation or Development work. You can purchase multiple one-off services in the same checkout, or contact us to discuss a tailored bundle.
