WP Masters Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WP Masters website (the “Site”) and any services provided by WP Masters (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
WP Masters provides a range of WordPress services including but not limited to:

Strategy and consultation
We offer services both as one-off tasks and on a recurring, subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
To purchase services, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Services are billed upfront via secure payment gateways. For subscription services, billing will occur monthly unless cancelled.
You agree that:

One-off services are refundable within 30 days of purchase under our satisfaction guarantee, unless work has been substantially completed or delivered.

Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime and are refundable within 30 days of initial purchase.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), where applicable.

You will provide accurate payment information and keep it up to date.
If you are not satisfied with any service and believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us immediately.
5. Scope of Services
Each service has defined inclusions:

One-off Services: Limited to the specific task purchased. Any unrelated or additional work may incur extra charges.

Small Tasks (Unlimited Plan): Defined as tasks taking less than 30 minutes. We reserve the right to quote separately for work exceeding this scope.

Custom Development: Sold in hourly or daily blocks. Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
All service scopes are detailed on the relevant product or service page.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Supply necessary access credentials securely via our client vault.

Respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner.
You acknowledge that failure to provide information or access may delay service delivery.
7. Turnaround Times
Turnaround varies by service. One-off tasks and small jobs are typically started within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Larger projects and development tasks may require longer lead times.
We will always strive to meet or exceed expected timeframes, but we do not guarantee turnaround times and are not liable for delays due to factors outside our control.
8. Data Security & Privacy
We take data security seriously and use encrypted channels for storing and accessing credentials. Our systems comply with industry best practices and applicable Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
9. Intellectual Property
Any custom development or creative work produced by WP Masters remains the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to use anonymised versions for portfolio or case study purposes unless otherwise agreed.
All other content on our website, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of WP Masters and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
We adhere to fair trading practices in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

One-off Services: Fully refundable within 30 days unless work has been substantially completed.

Monthly Plans: Refundable within 30 days of initial signup. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations after that.

Custom Development: Refunds are only issued if no work has begun. Partial refunds may be granted for partially completed work at our discretion.
If your request for refund is based on failure to deliver a promised service, please contact us so we can remedy the issue in accordance with ACL obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WP Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WP Masters from any claims arising out of misuse of our services.
This clause does not exclude or limit liability for any rights or remedies available to you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
12. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or integrate third-party plugins, themes, or services. WP Masters is not responsible for the reliability, licensing, or vulnerabilities of any third-party products. Usage of such third-party services is at your own risk.
13. Confidentiality
We treat all information provided by you as confidential. This includes but is not limited to access credentials, business data, and project content. Such information will not be shared or disclosed except as required to deliver the services or by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
